When you just start training Gloria, when she's wearing that grey suit. You can add a task of her to dress as per the main guy's decided schedule. At this moment there is a limitation that se can't make it too sexual but the idea is to degrade her with the basic of things, the outfits. It will add content towards the exhibitionism buff.

Did you read the tip in the Journal (top left corner)? Are there more tips? You need to progress one of Maya's routes more. It SHOULD be in the tip. If it isn't, send me a screenshot with the journal, I'll try to figure out what is missing where and update the tips.

I also can't figure out how to progress with Gloria, Im at the point where you have to make her love giving blowjobs, but theres no new option on the iNSight control for that
At 7 with Maya you need to "have fun" with Esther at evening (option only available if Maya didn't show up) - this will move Maya's plot forward with the events I won't spoil for you ;)
To make Gloria love giving bjs you need to progress with Maya's story and one of her routes (to 4), then talk to Esther about your goals, then invent the buff in the "iNSight" control panel.

You tell her to work at the club, then visit it and talk to Melissa and assign her to whoring. Then let her be for a week or so.

You need certain progress in Maya's sub-route for that.
Use the top-left icon (Journal), you can find extra tips there.

You use her points to research some of the buffs for Gloria. You can't transfer them, and there's no use for them aside from that (maybe later).
